"I am so disappointed. I was looking to order a replacement cover for my pergola. The color that I wanted to order said it was out of stock but would be available June 2nd. It said to order right away to make sure I would receive it when they came in. I made my order May 7th. A month didn’t seem so bad to wait. Today is June 5th. I thought it was odd that I had heard nothing further about my order. I went to the website and my order is listed “in process”. There is no information telling me what that means. So I looked up my item on their site again and It now says that this product is back ordered until April 2019! I called the company and spoke to a representative who confirmed that they were on order and that they would arrive when they site said they would. I told her that when I placed my order in May, the site said it would be here in June (2018). Why is it going to take another 10 months to get here. She replied that it is coming from China and there is nothing they can do. I feel rather misled. I trusted the dates on their site to be accurate and now I am told that my order will be “in process” indefinitely. I am also angry that I had to call the company for any kind of update about this order. I feel that if the arrival date was going to change that much, I should have been notified. For the 30 minutes I was on the phone waiting to speak to a live person, their recorded message stated that they are leader in this industry and they strive to provide outstanding customer service. I do not feel that this was the case. "

"I ordered my Gazebo cover in may I was told it was back ordered until June 2nd I waited mid june I call No cover. Then they tell me it is now back ordered until july I had to call to find this out. Pool closes end of august. So why bother getting the cover. Not happy "
