"Have ordered many times from Garden Winds. I am very happy with the replacement canopies I have received. If I could make a suggestion for the future, it would be to add a few larger grommets to the canopies. The most recent one I had to replace had the larger grommets and enabled the water to shed much more efficiently.
If you are able to do this with the replacement canopies, it would be great!!

"My replacement cover arrived so quickly. That was the first thing that impressed me. Then I took it out of the box. It’s a great quality material and felt very sturdy. Even better that the original covers that come with gazebos. The cover fit my 10” gazebo perfectly and looks amazing. There are plenty of Velcro tie downs tomkeep it secure and I like the air ventilation grommets. I’m very very pleased and will never try a lesser brand replacement. Well worth the money! "Your customer service is great, the quality control really sucks. On the first order the main canopy was at least three feet to small but the top canopy fit good. The second order the main canopy fit good but the top canopy was about two inches to small. The third order(sent for free, top canopy only) was even smaller than the second one. I finally gave up and shortened the bars that the top canopy mount on. Don't know what will happen if I ever need a new set.
