"We needed to replace our swing canopy. Even after measuring, I still wasn't sure exactly which one to order. The website suggests sending a text with a picture or pictures and the dimensions. I did so and got a reply within hours (literally, like 4 hours!). They could not 100% guarantee an exact fit, but they gave me their best suggestion and also explained the very simple (and very fair) refund process, should that be necessary. We ordered their suggestion, we received the canopy within 5 days (we live in Ohio), and I am happy to say that it fits perfectly! My husband and I are so happy with the new canopy. "This is my second experience with garden Winds. Placed my order for a canopy for my Better Homes 10X12 Gazebo on line. Received my confirmation email and my tracking number. It was shipped that day. Received on time. Treated my canopy. Followed the installation directions. Fit perfectly, looks great! Pleasantly Pleased!"

"We purchased a gazebo from Lowe's about five years ago. The canopy finally gave out. Lowe's no longer carries that gazebo or canopy. In fact I had
lost the gazebo model number so didn't even know how to replace it correctly. As per the Garden Winds site, I sent pictures of the gazebo and the
next work day they responded. They suggested a canopy which looked right and had it in three different qualities. I picked the middle one and ordered, hoping for the best. It arrived a little over a week later. We put it up the following day and it fit just as well as the original. Time will tell how well in lasts but we think it will be fine. The only improvement could be a selection of colors in this model. This model came in beige only which is okay.
Customer service was great in that they came up with the correct canopy promptly. Payment was easy. Shipping for the 7 pound canopy came ground USPS."
