"I contacted Garden winds and sent photos of my gazebo, they replied with a link to the correct top. Unfortunately there were some early models that were a slightly different size including mine. It came but is about three inches short on each side of the 12 foot side, 10 foot side fits but very tight. Contacted them again and they said they don’t offer one my size, but I can return it. I ended up cutting 2.5” of the corner posts, 2” off the center of the 10’ side, and 1 off the middle of the 12’ side. I re-inserted the plastic ends after cutting the metal. It fits pretty well, better then having to start over with a whole new gazebo and now replacements will fit. Still disappointed they don’t offer a top that would fit the frame they made for BigLots, the early version."

"The hurricane had damaged our glider swing and the top canvas was ripped and damaged. I sent photos to Garden Winds so they could help me select the correct top because I couldn't find the information I received when we originally purchased the glider swing. When Garden Winds stated that the photos seem to indicate the top which would be the correct one, I decided to go with their decision. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was not the correct one! I should have stayed with the one that I thought was the correct top! My husband had to sew and adjust the top to fit correctly. I wish we would have had the correct one! With all the problems we endured with the hurricane from needing a new roof and water damage to the inside of our home, I didn't have time to send the top back. It has been months and all we do is wait for contractors who never show up! It has been a very frustrating time!"
