"The service in providing the replacement cover was very good. The only problem is that, even with rip-stop nylon, the cover only lasts for two years before needing replacement. This is in the northeast and taking the cover off for the winter."

"I bought a "Benen" gazebo replacement top. I paid $279.99 (US) plus tax for this replacement, bought the more expensive Riplock version. It is a terrible replacement. It did not fit correctly, my husband had to loosen our gazebo to get the corners to go over top of the finial posts. The grommets are not reinforced and this is the 2nd year now for it and having taken it down we will not get another year from it. The grommet holes are tore and it is not able to be fixed. What a waste of money. The original was bought from Walmart and that top lasted 7 years, and it was not the grommets that failed in the end, it was the fabric becoming sun worn. I would never recommend this product to anyone. Very disappointing!"

"The main cover fit but the 3x3 top was to large so I had to make larger brackets , also the corners have no extera tie downs and the wind was lifting them up, i will address that as well in the spring the material it looks good ****@****"

"I ordered a gazebo canopy replacement on 10/10/17. Due to the recent Santa Anna wind events, my 3 year old Garden Winds Rip Stop canopy had been torn asunder, so it was time for a new one. 9 days later Garden winds announced their Halloween 20% off sale. After inquiring as to the possibility of a partial refund or credit for my recent purchase, I was told that no adjustment could be made after 5 days had passed. Since this info is stated nowhere on their website, I must assume that an arbitrary condition was fabricated for my case. Since their custom canopies are more expensive than their generic models, I certainly could have used the break in price."
