"I found your web site to replace an umbrella cover that we have. The website was very easy to use, I ordered the umbrella cover and it said that it was back ordered to 09/16/17. Well, my one problem with your web site is that we still do not have our umbrella cover. Our order still says processing and today is 10/13/17. Almost a month past the time that it said that our order would ship. I can't really rate your company because we still have not gotten our purchase sent to us. I am surprised that we have not gotten any e-mail update on our order. When I check the order it just says processing. I have to say that is not very good customer service. In that respect I am very disappointed. I an understand that it maybe back ordered, but that is not what the web site said when we ordered it and we have gotten no updates in almost a month. I would very much like to hear when our order will be shipped. So at this point I can not give the company a very good rating."

"Our lovely old gazebo had a 10x10 canvas cover that had withstood 10 years of Oregon rain. It was finally falling apart. The replacement arrived on time and in good condition, a lovely single tier in cinnamon that fit well and is looking good. Our only complaint is that the water drain grommets are misplaced on each side. There should be an additional one (or two) at the mid-point between each corner. We plan to correct this problem by installing our own grommets. "
