"I tried to order the gazebo replacement by phone and was told by your representative that it was not available because there were none even though internet showed there was one. She would not take my order. Hence I ordered it thru internet and was able to get it within a week to my surprise. The replacement fits but it is NOT what the picture showed (Brown color band) just the same color all over. You need to show the picture of the replacement that is available not what it used to look like."

"I called garden wind to get a canopy replacement for a gazebo we inherited upon purchase of a home. The winds we have had lately totally tore it apart. I am trying to replace it. Not knowing what brand it is, researched your website for a gazebo that looks like mine. I ordered a replacement carefully choosing the gazebo that looks exactly like mine. From what I see, there is no way the canopy will fit the gazebo, even though I ordered the size that fit the gazebo. Now, my complaint is about the customer service. I called and got no help at all about exploring the possibilities of a canopy fitting the gazebo bought from you. I got brief comments, comment I felt were denigrating. I have a garden winds canopy and would like to speak with someone about possibly find the right one for my gazebo. Otherwise, I would like a receipt in order to return it, hopefully with free shipping."
