Thank you for perfect service in sending out our Gazebo cover.

Initially I had a problem as I ordered the wrong cover this was because I used your website in which I had to enter where I had brought the Gazebo and then the size and then which option of cover I required. I received the cover and was very happy with the product (sunbrella) only to be disappointed when I realised the cover was not suitable for my Gazebo as it was an older model no longer sold at Sears.

I returned the item as instructed very simple process and re-ordered using the model number of our Gazebo our cover arrived and I must admit was a little disappointed as the quality of the cover did not match the initial order, although the sunbrella option was not available in the design we required, if ever it does please let me know.

Although we managed to get the cover onto the Gazebo it was very difficult, an extremely tight fit and some of the stitching on the seams was a little inferior, although in saying this I would order again and was very appreciative of the speedy credit to my account from the first order.

Please let me know if ever Sunbrella manufacture a cover that would be suitable for our Gazebo.

"The sale was great but I wish I could say the same for the customer service department, the product performance and disclosure of the products performance.
I purchased this over $6,000 of this product for a client for there luxury apartment patios and within 6 months they have failed; the finish is wearing off, the slats are warping, twisting, letting go and have caused my client to not be able to lease these apartments due to the deck not being able to be used due to this failing product.
I'm currently being told by customer service that their is no warranty for this product and it has a "different life expectancy depending on weather conditions"! This information was never disclosed at the point of sale even though I advised them where they were going to be installed and all reviews of the product were 5-star leading me to believe their weren't any performance issues with this product.
I am disappointed that a product that is being portrayed as an exterior product doesn't have a warranty or last more than 1 year after installation. I have gone above Customer Service to a Manager and I am hopeful I will see better results. "

"I found the right canopy replacement on the website in a matter of minutes. Ordering was simple and the item was delivered on time. I would suggest putting a sticker on the box letting people know to take care in opening the box. The canopy is an EXTREMELY tight fit, to the point that the stitches are stretched so much that there are tiny holes in places. Because of the holes the canopy tends to leak in places, and I have a feeling it won’t last more than a year in Florida.

"The order was processed and rmails were sent at each stage. The item was a replacement cloth cover for a gazbo and the pri e was very high compared to the same product ordred before. The cover actually almost tripled and I could have bought an entire gazbo new at Walmart with gazbo and top for only about 30 bucks more. The only reason I didnt was the gazbo is bolted to a concrete patio."
