"I originally was going to get a quote from Gatecrafters for a 14' dual gate which I sent in for a response. Then in looking further into the website I found a better deal on a dual 14' gate that would meet my needs for a lot less cost. Subsequently I then talked to Lucas who helped me order a dual hinge 14' gate for my front deck. Lucas was very helpful and I completed my order. I am fine with the order as I have been emailing Lucas and he told me that my gate and accessories are shipping this week. I think the gate and accessories are a good deal. I normally find that most vendors charge your credit card upon shipment but Gatecrafters charges immediately upon ordering. I have also received a number of emails from Gatecrafters regarding my original quote which was never an order but they kept sending me emails about it. Anyway, I am hoping my gate arrives soon. I am looking forward to getting it installed. I trust there will be no problems with the shipping and delivery."

"I was very satisfied with Gatecrafters but not with the company handling the shipment. I requested (and paid for) two wireless keypads, but I only received one. I tried calling the number on the billing form and was just stuck in an endless loop. No matter what number I punched, it kept taking me back to the original menu. So I called the 800 number on the website and got someone at Gatecrafters. After explaining the situation, they immediately said they'd send the 2nd keypad ASAP. Now, assuming they do, everything will be great. The gate opener works great (although it didn't include a bracket to attach it to a gate that didn't have a flat surface. I was able to overcome it at additional expense and time wasted going into town looking for brackets that I could use to make it work--that's something they ABSOLUTELY NEED TO ADDRESS.) "
