"We wish the manual had not been a cheap copy. Some images were hard to see. Also the process was not necessarily in the order we were to follow. Ie. setting stop and open limits was described before we were to wire things. The phone help was excellent and when they could not help they referred us to someone that could. The Gate Crafters logo sticker was so poor it fell off in the box. Do they really think a puffy sticker is going to stay on outside in the weather when it won't even stay on in the box during shipping? Gate is very quiet. Moves smoothly. Would recommend. "
