"I ordered an iPad only to have the ordered canceled the next day without explanation. I tried calling customer service on two occasions, and after waiting 25 minutes each time to speak with a live person gave up. The third time I reached a customer service representative only to be placed on hold for to speak with a supervisor. After 15 minutes on hold without anyone answering, I gave up. I called a gain, and was finally directed to a supervisor who promised to refund my purchase. I requested an email to certify our conversation, and received an email, but have not received the immediate refund as promised. I followed up again and spoke to another "supervisor" who said she would investigate the problem, but suggested she call back as to not place me on hold again. Five hours later - still no call back, no refund, and no product. This is a what I would consider fraud!"

"When I was placing my trade-in order, I tried to use a 10% trade-in bonus coupon (which adds an additional 10% to your sale), with the only stipulation that it be used by 11:59pm PT on 11/29. However, when I tried to use the coupon at 6:30pm PT on 11/29, it said that the offer code was no longer valid. I have requested to support three times that I get the additional 10% added to my trade-in value. I emailed on 11/29 and have not heard anything back, besides their automated email stating that they would respond within 72 business hours. I then called the team on 11/6 to follow-up, where my request was sent to another department and have not heard back from the team on the status of this request. I have also tried contacting customer service through other channels, but do not get a response. They were extremely quick to send the return box, but refuse to contact customers back after submitting support requests."
