Honest, fast and reasonable

"Sent in what i thought was an iPad 2, got a quote for $35. 3 days later, Gazelle emails me and says i actually sent in an iPad 3 and that the were giving me $65! I really appreciated the honesty exhibited by Gazelle. Shows the comapny practices good business and appreciates its customers. I honestly would never have know it was worth $65 but for Gazelle letting me know that. Would 100% recommend this company as well as use it again."

A Great Resell

"I contacted Gazelle after I knew I was getting a new phone. I described my old phone as requested on the web site and received an estimate based on my description. After a slight delay I received the box to send my phone, which I did. Very shortly I received a confirmation and a price - more than the estimate. The check was received quickly. This is my second experience with Gazelle and each experience has been excellent or I wouldn't return.

They took my loan money and never shipped my items.

"I've had seamless experience ordering from Gazelle and financing with Affirm twice before, so I don't know what the problem is now. It was November 30th when I placed an order for two iPads, and on December 2nd I received the loan confirmation from Affirm, proving that Gazelle actually did process my order. I've received no shipping or tracking information since then. I called on about the 7th and was led to believe by the CSR that it would be coming. I got a support ticket on December 13th, which was supposed to be answered in 72 hours, but 120 hours later, it has not. I can't reach anyone at Gazelle today, so I've written to Affirm to let them know what's going on, and hoping I won't be out a month's rent for an unfulfilled order. "

Missing Items

"I was quoted a price for my 2015 macbook pro. I used the serial number to identify it. It said it was a 2014 but the specs were correct. I sent it in the original box with the charger. Once they received it they cut the offer in half even identifying it as a 2015. I requested the item back, and was sent only the laptop. I was told they destroy the boxes and the chargers by the first representative and the second offered a charger back. I will not use them again."

Still no payment...

"Sent my MacBook back in October and still have not received payment. Multiple emails and calls to customer service don't seem to be helping. I've now had three people say, "Give us two days and we will get this paid out quickly." Two days comes and goes with no response and no payment.

Beginning to think all the 5 star posters are from within the company.
