It was November 30th when I placed an order for two iPads, and on December 2nd I received the loan confirmation from Affirm, proving that Gazelle actually did process my order. I've received no shipping or tracking information since then. I called on about the 7th and was led to believe by the CSR that it would be coming. I got a support ticket on December 13th, which was supposed to be answered in 72 hours, but 120 hours later, it has not. I can't reach anyone at Gazelle today, so I've written to Affirm to let them know what's going on, and hoping I won't be out a month's rent for an unfulfilled order. "

"I was quoted a price for my 2015 macbook pro. I used the serial number to identify it. It said it was a 2014 but the specs were correct. I sent it in the original box with the charger. Once they received it they cut the offer in half even identifying it as a 2015. I requested the item back, and was sent only the laptop. I was told they destroy the boxes and the chargers by the first representative and the second offered a charger back. I will not use them again."
