Out $82!

"My iPhone 6s recently died, but was insured. I received a brand new iPhone 7s, but decided to sell it to Gazelle, since I plan on purchasing the iPhone X when it comes out.
I mailed my new iPhone 7s in its original box to Gazelle. After a few weeks, they emailed me offering me less money because they claimed it was not "flawless" as described. I asked them to send it back to me. When I received it, it was flawless; but, Gazelle failed to send back the charging cord, power adapter, headphones and headphone adapter. I priced these items new at the Apple Store-$82.
I called and spoke with Gizelle and Darlene at Gazelle and was told they would not send them back to me or reimburse me for the items. So, I am basically out $82 worth of accessories. I'm guessing some Gazelle employee is not sporting a brand new set of headphones.....

When I bought my new iPhone 8, I sent my wife’s iPhone 5s 16GB to Gazelle. They had offered me $60 for it. After a week they sent me an email stating that the phone was not a 5s, it was only a 5, and offered me $5 for it. I told them to send it back to me. When I received the phone, the SIM card was missing.
Gazelle had stolen the SIM card.
It is an iPhone 5s

I bought that phone from Cellular Sales new in October 2013. They said it was a 5s.
On the back of that phone it is listed as a Model A1533. That model is a 5s.
I had installed IOS 11 on it (IOS 11 does not work on a 5).
I sent questions to Gazelle, but they never got back to me.

The people at Gazelle are either incompetent or crooks. You decide.

I highly recommend that you try to sell your phone to anybody else —-
NOT Gazelle.
