I had ordered a TV box and it came a bit messed up....the package has being like squashed but the TV box seemed like in good shape ..some bumps/dents...no big deal.
So I connected it to my TV...and powered on...oops nothing...no leds no output nothing...nothing...apparently DOA.
Now I was worried... first time I had a DOA... I contacted the after sales without big hopes....
BUT...GeekBuying simply rocks... just send a few pics and a video showing it was dead and that's about all.

"We have got a faulty unit out of the box. Roborock was reporting error 4 all the time. We contacted the GeekBuying support and were suggested to send a video about a fault. Support agreed with the fault and we sent the unit back (for free). After a month we got Roborock from the service department. Now it works perfectly.
