"Richard solved the problem I requested help for by confirming my suspicion that Outlook 2003 would not function in Windows 7. As part of a most interesting subsequent conversation he also pointed out to me in passing that Outlook 2003 would run in Windows 10.
This I am now doing notwithstanding the handicaps to be contended with in Windows 10’s irritating propensity to be forever updating at the most inconvenient of times.

He was polite, efficient and had my computer and laptop both fixed and showed me what to do if I had any more issues arise. "Our friend is a long time user of Geeks 2U. They are extremely happy with them.
I am from an IT supplier- dinosaur era background so a little dubious.
Pleasantly surprised how well their easy to use online booking works, if tech is delayed they call direct to explain and will update their eta.
This tells me they will stay until issue resolved or a plan put in place to move forward.
Today our tech was within the eta window. Asked a couple-or of questions- solved quickly. He recommended alternative to our current AV software. It was this giving us grief.
I asked about options if we get into strife again…we are so happy how they operate.
We will engage again to clean up our home office technology.
