"I ordered 7 stainless steel work tables, and the one on top of the palette came with a giant dent in it, that bent the top and the bottom shelf of the table. There was no packing material inside to protect the tables. I also asked the customer service representative to make sure the casters I ordered fit the table, and while they do fit the legs, there is no threading on them to secure into the table legs. If you lift the table up, the casters fall right off. I'm pretty disappointed. They'll work, but it's certainly not as high of a quality as I expected. "

"One of our orders was shipped to the wrong location. I emailed my sales rep twice and left her a voicemail about it. After two days her response was "sorry I was in training and someone from customer service will contact you shortly." I contacted CS after three days I was told that the girl handling it was at lunch and she would call me back and let me know the status. No one ever called. I ended up having the shipment shipped to the correct location using our FedEx account. Our orders are decent size but unless absolutely necessary I will not be going through Global Industrial again. "
