"I've ordered the same cart and wheels for years. When I ordered replacement wheels this year they shipped the wrong item. When I called to return then the representative said we had to pay the return shipping. After a week of back and forth emails and her ducking calls I finally was able to speak to another rep and get it straightened out and 4 sets of correct wheels were sent. After a few weeks 3 of the wheels stopped working. The representative I talked to about this was helpful and and had 2 sets of new wheels sent out to replace them. Since then 2 more wheels stopped working, I have not had the chance to call them again. Wheels used to last a few years, this year I had to replace 9 sets, and some of those were replaced 2x. Definitely a drop in product quality and customer service is hit or Miss. "

"They sent a water tank instead of fuel tank, after assuring me it was for fuel. They also were supposed to send a prepaid freight invoice and I just got a billed by the freight company.

"Great selection, good prices but horrible customer service. From sales agents that can't help with shipping to customer service agents that NEVER get back to me. Honestly, it's just horrendous. If you wan to pick the order up yourself using your own carrier good luck. Then, when something received was damaged, NO ONE will get back to me. I'm surprised they are still in business. with service like this."

"Needed a condenser motor for my AC unit. Global Industrial was half the price as anywhere else I have looked. It shipped almost a week ahead of schedule and arrived before the estimated ship date given when the order was placed. Will definitely order from them again if I need something that they sell."
"I cancelled an order 5 times via e mail and once by phone with customer service.
Despite my e mail requests to acknowledge cancellation of the order, I never received any response.
They've billed my credit card and my card company is disputing this charge. I would never do business with this company again."

They said one was discontinued and shipped the rest gears and charged me full amount. It's useless for me unless I have the full set gears. "Called in and spoke with Barbara to identify the correct wheel kit for an existing pallet jack. Barbara identified what she thought was the correct kit - I asked if it wasn't, could it be returned for a full refund and she said yes. I received the kit about a week later and noticed immediately the wheels were different sizes from the existing. I called in and asked for help to identify the correct one. The person did not offer much help and I decided to just return these and find locally. I was told an RMA would be issued. Several days passed and I called in again and spoke with Victoria. After some persistence, she did send over RMA instructions - I promptly shipped the items via FedEx and sent the tracking per their instructions. The item arrived at the destination a few days later. I hear nothing and sent Victoria an email to follow up - no response. Later that week, sent another message to Victoria - again no response.
It has been over two weeks since the item was returned and no refund! I called yesterday and was told Victoria is out this week and it is probably sitting on her desk. The person said they would look to see if she could locate the info or it would have to wait until Victoria returns, but would call me and let me know. I never got a callback - I called this morning and was told that a credit was issued for about $25.00 less than what I paid. I am going to wait for the credit to hit, than call back asking why I am not getting a full refund as told my the original sales person, Barbara. It was not my fault that she recommended the wrong item - I am not happy!"

"Nobody asked me to write a review and I didn't know this store till now. I just feel it's unfair that recent reviews are only negative here. I have received my metal pieces in 2 days and exactly what was ordered. "
"I ordered some material from these idiots. They instantly Billed my Credit Card and sent me an invoice. They claimed that it shipped. The invoice contained a UPS Tracking Number, In checking this UPS Tracking number, to this date 3-23-17, it still shows the material as never being picked from the warehouse to ship. After several emails trying to get correct information (which I never did), I told them to cancel the order and filed a Fraud Claim with AMEX to stop payment. After several days, I find that the package was delivered to the wrong location, using the wrong tracking. Again, the one on the order still shows it sitting in the warehouse. I cannot get these idiots to come pick this garbage up, and like I said I have already purchased from another vendor. These people are HORRIBLE and I would recommend that you go elsewhere. First and last time I will use them. I have also suggested to our corporate people to never use them and Black List them. "
