"AppIiances Connection was very helpful and informative as I researched my purchase of a built-in oven. Not only did the site have a lot of relevant and helpful information, I was able to talk directly with the installer to answer some very technical questions. I ordered the Miele built-in oven on the Friday before Christmas. Much to my surprise, given the holiday, the low stock and the supply chain problems, it was shipped the next day and arrived on Monday the 20th! The delivery people were very polite and professional; they unpacked it and left it ready for installation. I was told that the trim kit for the oven had been backordered but would arrive the first week in January. Customer service has promptly informed me about the status of the items and responded very quickly to my clarifying questions. A great experience! "
