"I wish all of my customer service experiences went as well as my experience with Goedekers' and Sunny Forrester, their Customer Service Lead. It took a little while to get a live person, I understand with customer service and expected but I didn't want to lose my place in the queue to talk to a rep so I held. Goedekers' does have a call back option for their customers which I have used in the past but opted not to use that today. Once I got through, Sunny was knowledgeable, precise, clear and understanding. She first asked my name, order number and call back number in case we got disconnected. Once we got that out of the way, I wanted to inquire about the remaining items on my order that was placed in November. She was able to tell me that one item is in stock and will ship promptly, the other would be in stock in about a month and would be shipped a few days after receiving it from the manufacturer. She then went out of her way to make sure that the in-stock item will be shipped first thing after Christmas! I really appreciated that.
I know there is a lot of difficulty with obtaining product from any manufacturer from anywhere. But with the honesty and transparency with Sunny and Goedekers', I don't have any problems waiting because she told me up front that the items would take a little longer. I appreciate that because then I don't have to call back and ask again where my items are.

"I appreciated Glenda's attempt to address my concerns, but their delivery service, YF Logistics is the WORST. We've had multiple mishaps, no shows etc.. We should have had everything delivered, installed and working weeks ago if not for their gross incompetence. The washer that we are replacing conked out a couple of weeks ago, and because our new washer has still not arrived, today I drove 15 miles to a laundromat. The companion dryer is sitting in our living room uninstalled. Glenda promised me that she would call me with a new delivery date (the 4th attempt). That was a couple of days ago, and I've not heard anything so far. Will this every be over?"
