"Been shopping around and this was the best deal"
"It's been a month, and I haven't received my glasses, nor have I gotten a single update on the location of them. Tracking is non-existent, and any attempt to find out what is going on by means of live chat results in the same copy-paste reply stating that they have left China on a ship and should arrive in the US at some point in the future, at which time the USPS will give me a tracking number. Well, it's been a month and nothing has happened. I'm not very impressed with this situation or with Goggles4U."

"Took well over a month to receive my order, while when placing the order online it stated 10-12 business days. I guess in china they only work two days a week, so a month might still be within the stated timeframe of 5 weeks to receive.
Customer service is horrible and downright rude! I called to inquire about the status of my order and was met with rudeness by the representatives and they hung up on me.
Do yourself a favor and save yourself the disappointment, order from a local business and support America. It’s well worth the extra cost!!"
