"The manager of the Philadephia office was terrible at answering questions and keeping me in the loop, and would often answer questions with a raised voice or a condescending tone. Additionally, I provided the packers with specific instructions that they completely ignored, and ended up packing numerous things that I requested be left behind. This ended up getting my bill increased by $200. Would not recommend using the Philadelphia branch of Navis at all. "

"This was my first time shipping with Navis. They really have their “ship” together and walked me through the entire process. The process to ship my outboard motor from Florida to California was really easy. The only thing that I would do differently is have the motor “crated” for protection because the cowling was heavily damaged by the hauler ( not a Navis Issue). I will use them again for sure! "

Was also told 4-5 business days to receive items and it took almost 4 weeks to receive my equipment resulting in a loss of revenue...

These are expensive and delicate pieces of equipment, and some are heavy.

There was no bubble wrap; some items stacked directly on top of each other with zero protection whereby many items came in damaged and may not be repairable.

Complete disregard for others property.

DO NOT RECOMMEND as there are others who would be happy to ship items for you...
