"You may want to choose a different service. It's very difficult to contact customer service to get any help for orders. After about an hour the issue seemed to be resolved, but I ended up needing to place a different order for about $90 more. The agents seemed to be clueless as to why an hour into it, I would be inconvenienced for how long it was taking. Good luck!"

"I saw a 10% discount code for Labor day. Great! I thought I could use this code for my printing order. However, because I need the mailing service too, this coupon would not apply. I called the customer service to request this 10% coupon to be applied to the printing portion, but I was flatly told no. I do understand that the mailing service can not be discounted. But why I got penalized by using additional paid service. It does not make any sense!"

"I have never dealt with a more incompetent group of people, Not only that but condescending and rude as well. FAR and AWAY the worst experience I've had with a print company. My advice, go local, use a business that actually has experience in working with images and can use things like rulers and understands math. The real kicker is I've actually used them several times, all good experiences, but this is the first time where I've been treated like this, SO INCOMPETENT, SO SO RUDE!...... lesson learned. Like I said they really put in the effort for this."

On reviewing your order and the phone call you made to us, there may have been a misunderstanding with the issue on the file. The image you uploaded to us had an image that was going past the blue safe zone but not extending to the black bleed line. There was also a black border on the cards that was extending to the bleed line, but stopped just inside the red cut line. What we should have made clear to you was to either remove the border totally and extend your image all the way to the black bleed line, making sure any text or logos stay within the blue safe zone, or make the border larger so it extends inside the safe zone and make your image smaller so that is also within the safe zone. That way, if there is any shift during the cutting process, you are not left with an uneven border.

"They appear to have processed the order quickly. I got a notice in about 2 days that a UPS label was created. Five days later, UPS still didn't have the package. It's been over two weeks and still no delivery. Price was good. Service ****. If you want it fast, use someone else."

Thank you for your comments. For the order you placed, the shipping method selected was Economy shipping which can take 7-14 business days. For Economy shipping orders, it is normal that the courier, in this case UPS, does not scan the package and update the tracking information until the package is handed off to the USPS for the final part of delivery. If you check the tracking information now, you will see that the order is due to be delivered 8/13 by end of day. If you do not receive it today, or you have any further questions, please contact our Customer Service department.
