"I really enjoy using gotprint for my printing needs. Their process is pretty fast and the only thing that I can see improving it is the ability of using a cloud based service to deliver the assets for print, rather than an FTP connection. This is primarily for larger print items like booklets and other multi-paged products.
Paper offerings are excellent as well, their 14pt uncoated is perfect for cards you will need to write on, and their 16pt coated is excellent for business cards, flyers and postcards.
Excellent company, we will be with them for the long term.
This goes up to 5 stars with ability to deliver files with a share link through the order process, rather than FTP. "

"You may want to choose a different service. It's very difficult to contact customer service to get any help for orders. After about an hour the issue seemed to be resolved, but I ended up needing to place a different order for about $90 more. The agents seemed to be clueless as to why an hour into it, I would be inconvenienced for how long it was taking. Good luck!"

"I saw a 10% discount code for Labor day. Great! I thought I could use this code for my printing order. However, because I need the mailing service too, this coupon would not apply. I called the customer service to request this 10% coupon to be applied to the printing portion, but I was flatly told no. I do understand that the mailing service can not be discounted. But why I got penalized by using additional paid service. It does not make any sense!"
