"I've used GotPrint for several years for many different projects—the quality was high for the lower cost. But they were late with my most recent order for which I paid extra for 2-day shipping because timing on this order was critical. The turnaround time was 3-4 days. It took 5, plus an extra day for shipping. There were other items in the order which were printed and delivered on time.
They offered a faint apology, no explanation, and after speaking with a customer service rep who was not empowered to do anything, they emailed a $5 coupon which seemed insulting at best as it presumed that I would be a returning customer. They're just fine until something goes wrong. Then expect the very least of them.
There are many other options for this kind of printing. I will be using those and not returning to GotPrint."
