I am retired now, used Grainger in the past, was very satisfied. The local store is now gone. So using online site. I may make my own part, will see. TY"
"This visit was excellent. Historically the ability to narrow focus using filters has been terrible and is a primary reason why I don't normally shop Grainger first. For the product I was researching the appropriate filters were available and made the experience pleasant and productive."
"Granger provides only bare bones description of the products - I need details that tell me why I should buy the specific product from Grainger and not a similar product from other supplier. This information can be provided as a link to manufacturer specs or separate web page with detailed specifications of the product. Drawing and at least 3 or more pictures of the product is a must!"

"A bit discouraging, I have been trying for several years to get set pricing for all of our facilities. We are a 12 hospital system in Michigan with 100s of off-site medical practices, I would like to see our actual cost when we look items up online and would expect the lowest cost to be the same for all 12 hospitals and 100s of off-site clinics. With the potential buying power we could have and being a member of Premeire I would think that the very lowes pricing could be automatically built into the system so I would not have to call to get a lower cost quoted on so many items."
"I never get a confirmation email for my orders. I have spoken to several people on the phone and on chat, and Grainger cannot seem to get this fixed. Grainger has NO problem emailing me an INVOICE to be PAID, but can't seem to email me my customer order.....Any explanation??????"
