I think in attempt to let the customers select deired products faster, grainger uses a dropdown selection method. and it probably is easier than scrolling through hundreds of very similar products. I found that I had to back out of certain selections and reselect a few times in order to get what i think i wanted. but really, they are just earplugs. no biggie."
