At minimum, I believe an item should clearly show the front and back, to give the browser a good feel of what it looks like. If the item fits into a panel, the panel size and shape should be shown (e.g. 1.87 square)."

"I hate the call centers, no personalization, no one learns the account the buyer etc. Everything must be quoted as contractor cost for me. I would prefer to have local rep assigned to account which can learn my buying habits and be able to quote competitively. This is where Grainger has failed in my opinion."
