"Many years ago, as I would visit business, I would occasionally see a small poster in some back room (usually where customers never were invited) that would show three intersecting circles labeled Price, Quality and Quick Delivery. Below the three circles it read, "Pick Any Two." However, my experience with grillpartssearch.com was absolutely where all three circles did converge and I didn't have to lower my expectations to 'pick any two'. I ordered three new stainless steel burners for my very old grill (everyone else was selling mild steel burners) for a price that was the best. They arrived within a week. Good job, guys! "Because my ignitor plug needs large male spade openings, the recieved wires did not work. The wires recieved had the smaller spades on them. My grill is no longer being made or sold.
This company is trying very hard to find the correct female wire end spades for my BBQ grill part that is no longer being manafactor or disribute.

We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with with the time it took deliver your part. The item that you purchased was not in stock at the time you placed your order. Because of that, there was a message on the product page which stated that it would be shipped out within 7-10 business days. This is our standard message when an item is out of stock and was present when you placed your order. When someone orders an out of stock item, we in turn order it from our manufacturers, they ship the item to us, we process that item, and then ship it out to the customer. This is what takes place in the 7-10 business days. Standard shipping times through the carrier begin at that point.
By placing your order on the 30th of January, and it being delivered on the 13th of February, you actually received your package at 10 business days which for an out of stock item we feel is pretty impressive. We make sure to stay true to what our website says and in this case were actually able to order the part, have it sent from our manufacturer, ship it to you and it be delivered all within the 7-10 business days we promised to ship it out within.
I hope this helps to clarify why there was a delay in receiving your item. We hope that you enjoy getting your grill back up to speed and think of us the next time it is in need of repair.

I'm sorry if there was some confusion on the shipping of this item. We actually do not offer 2 day shipping on our site, the service you selected was 2-5 days standard shipping. There is also a message on the product page when the item is in stock, that says that it will ship out in 1-2 business days, this allows us to process the order and to pack it for shipment. Proximity also comes into play regarding your address. Since we are located in Georgia, east coast addresses more frequently receive their items in 2-3 business days after shipment and west coast normally sees 4-5 days. That is why we say 2-5 business days for delivery.
