Somehow they were showing redeemed and I had never stepped inside the business. Customer service responded to me almost right away and helped me. I will continue to shop with Groupon. "

"I purchased something that turned out to be a rip off. The shipping was 90% more than the product and I didn't read the fine print to know that the shipping wasn't included. Although I'm not happy that they offered a product that was such a farce, I am happy with their customer service. I contacted them within 3 days of purchasing the item and they immediately gave me a refund. They were super fast to address the issue. I didn't know about the 3 days, beware of that if you are purchasing something, seems like a small window to return. "
"I bought a Groupon for movers in the wrong area for $135. Their website says you can get a refund within 3 days and cancel your Groupon. I followed the prompts to cancel and when I would click cancel it would redirext me to my Groupons and it wouldn't do anything. I reached out to customer service thr day I bought the Groupon and the following day. The second message took more than 24 hours, although they state it will only take 24. (you only have 3 days to cancel the coupon). In both emails I received the same auto message telling me how to trade in my deal, which isn't even what I was asking for. Now I'm stuck with $135 for local services... As you can imagine since I'm moving I'm on a tight budget. This has been a terrible experience. "
"A business I purchased a brunch too for a relative and her husband for, closed down. Even though they didn't get to make the brunch in time, there was still a good bit of money left. Groupon honored that amount with Groupon Bucks. I checked soon after about another restaurant we had money to use because we let our Deal expire and that restaurant has closed. I have an email into them tonight regarding this. I have always been happy with items I purchased on Groupon, some have had to be returned due to being too large, but always love shopping through them. Customer Service has always been helpful and problems always solved if any, "
