"Although I can't say my order was not without a glitch, Gunsafes.com amiably resolved any problem regarding my order in a very professional and courteous manner. I need to add that the only problem I had arose in the delivery process and Gunsafes.com had no direct control over the situation at hand (delivery company was not able to handle the "White Glove - Platinum" delivery of my safe down a flight of stairs).

Sara and Marty were both very helpful throughout my purchase. The order was placed, by phone, with Sara. She was very pleasant and professional. Marty helped me determine the status of my order and dealt with the safe manufacturer to ship the product out after a delay. I bought a Cannon CA33 and it ended up taking longer to get out the door due to volume problems with the manufacturer(again not any blame towards Gunsafes.com).

All said and done, my interactions with Gunsafes.com was a very positive experience, and all of the folks at Gunsafes.com were great to work with. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with our dealings at the end of the day.

It is a pleasure to work with a company with such high regard for customer satisfaction! Many companies do not operate with as much concern for their customers, and Gunsafes.com went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order and any issues with it. As I said, I ordered a Cannon CA33 and am very pleased with its construction (made in U.S.A.), functionality, and aesthetics (absolutely beautiful). The warranty on the safe is unbeatable too. I also ordered a number of accessories for the safe, and they were great too.

Costs of my purchase were extremely fair as well. Any future needs I may have, will definitely be conducted through Gunsafes.com again. They have won over a dedicated customer for the future.

"I would just like to say that i have mixed emotions about the transaction. i generally am very patient but this one was pushing my limit. i ordered the safe on 02/09/2013 and didn't receive the safe for nearly 3 months yet when i placed the order it stated 4-6 weeks. When the safe finally came, the delivery man was this old man who required me to do most of the work. i do understand that part is out of gun safes control. the saving grace was that i found the safe cheaper and gun safes price matched it. other then that i understand the overwhelming demand for the safe at the time but i just wish i could have had a better notice beforehand. "I chose gunsafes.com because they were selling a high rated product for much cheaper than anyone else, and offered free shipping (for comparison, Amazon was charging $150 for shipping of the same product).

Unfortunately, the product ended up being on back order. I realize this is not necessarily their fault, as it is an issue with the manufacturer. However, gunsafes.com charged my credit card the minute I placed the order, rather than when it shipped. So I ended up waiting about 9 weeks for a product for which I had already paid a lot of money.

Their customer service was sympathetic, and good with communicating (felt like I was talking to a real person as opposed to a canned machine response) but ultimately could only offer me a refund, which effectively would have put me in the back of the line for the product if I ordered it at a later date. Given the savings I was getting for the product I wanted, I chose to stick it out.

Ultimately gunsafes.com conducted itself reasonably well given the circumstances, and never did anything that was wrong, per se. However, they never took that extra step to really smooth things over given a difficult and frustrating situation. For that, they get a good, not great, rating."
