"The first scheduled appointment I took vacation to be available, and received a scratched table. The delivery driver scheduled me for the next day and I received a table with a smashed and cracked corner. The driver this time tried to schedule a delivery for Monday and I explained that I was to return to work and would need to see if I could take that day off too. Apparently he didn't schedule it and left it up to me to schedule. So after speaking to my boss and taking Monday off, I called to confirm they were coming. I was told that the truck was now full and that they couldn't come till another day.
After not receiving any help from the distribution center, I called the store to see if they could help in any way. The store was only able to schedule me for the following day despite me having to return to work. I was told to keep the appointment and when the delivery driver called to let him know that I was unavailable and what time I was getting off of work, and that they could possibly come then. Well I did that and the driver said that he couldn't wait come back when I got off of work and that I'd have to reschedule.
Someone from the distribution center called me again and told me that they now couldn't deliver until Saturday. I explained that I've taken time off of work, received two broken tables already, and would really appreciate if they could accommodate me. I even asked if they could deliver it to the store and I'd go pick it up. I was told no, and that I would just have to wait till it was convenient for both of us to get the table.
I've made many many purchases at HH Gregg in the past year and a half, totaling up to nearly $10k, and up until now have been pleased. This has been a nightmare, and the lack of any help after I've gone out of my way to accommodate them on 3 different occasions has completely destroyed my considerations towards future purchases with HH Gregg. "

"We ordered a new dishwasher on Sunday and they stated we would receive a call in 24 hours. On Thursday I needed to call them to verify our order in which the customer service rep asked if we wanted installation. I confirmed we did and elected that on the order. She proceeded to tell me that we bought the parts for installation but not the service. There is no where to choice both options and that I would need to give permission for them to bill me. She then sent me an email so I could write that I approve them billing me and then send it back. I expressed how odd this whole process was and did they need to do this for every order and she said yes. It felt very uncomfortable and awkward, She then put me on hold and another individually randomly came on who was very nice. He was able to book my delivery and waived the fee. Still the process was strange and I had to reach out to them to get my order delivered.
Now the delivery men were wonderful and did a fantastic job! Then went above and beyond when a pipe broke due to the age of the pipes. Them I would give 5 stars to!"
