NEVER AGAIN h.h. gregg!

" On Christmas eve day I bought online a Chrome book for a last minute Christmas present. I wanted to send my son in to pick it up (I had to work) that afternoon. So I called the store first to make sure that they actually had it available and spoke to a girl who checked and assured me it would be ready to pick up right after I placed and paid for the order online. She said I'd get an e-mail stating this within minutes of placing the order. So I did just that and then waited for 20 to 25 minutes for the pick up e-mail. It didn't come so I called her back and she checked and said there was some kind of problem and gave me the number to call. I then checked my bank acct. online to make sure I was charged, which I was, then I called them. I got some guy who even though he wasn't rude he acted like he just didn't give a crap either when I explained to him I needed to get this straightened out right away because I needed to leave for work and I still had to make a stop on the way to work, plus because I work at a hospital once I get there I need to turn my phone off and can't deal with it then. He told me that even though they had already charged me they didn't ok the sale yet for security reasons. He said "well you know it is the Christmas season and all". So he asked me a number of other questions regarding my address and bank etc. and I answered them all. I've been with Chase forever and it was all correct info I gave him, because it IS MY CARD but he still put me on hold for a lengthy amount of time...over 10 minutes! I was so irritated and told him again how this was screwing up what I needed to get done and again he couldn't have cared less. I also asked if they did this with everyone and all he said was "uhh....no". Anyways, all in all it was a total of an extra 55 minutes this cost me by the time it was taken care of. Even the male supervisor I spoke with at the store after all this to make sure it would be finally ready to pick up couldn't have cared less and he was a little rude. The only nice person was the girl I spoke with originally. I order things online ALL the time from many different places, in fact almost all my Christmas shopping was done online this year and actually the last few years and I have NEVER had any problems before. There are too many stores online and in-store that I have never had to deal with this crap before and who are actually nice and respectful of your time so I will NEVER EVER shop with h.h. gregg again, not online or in-store. Absolutely horrible!!"

"this order was placed on 1/9/16, within hours it was CANCELLED. Two days later the FITNESS BANDS were delivered. NOW I have to return them at MY cost. I have sent at least 6 emails to their customer service with NO REPLY. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!!!! rlg"

"This was the first time I had ever ordered anything online and I was amazed at how easy it was. I got an amazing deal on the price, my products were at my house the next day and the reviews and ability to compare the product specs right from the computer made picking a great product even easier than if I had been in a store trying to do the same thing. I am more than satisfied with the process of ordering through hhgregg, it was a far better experience than shopping in a store."

Bad Experience

"Was suppose to get the love seat and wedge to the living room set on Tuesday,they didn't call so I called them on Thursday.The salesman tried to argue that I had picked them up already,I assured him that I hadn't.He said let me talk to the manger and he will get back with me.He called back then he said the warehouse caught fire and they wasn't excepting any deliveries so it went back to chicogo ,said he would order everything together and they would be there in 3 weeks.You would think after spending around $4000 dollars at this store they would be more honest.I don't believe a word of the warehouse catching on fire.At least they said they would deliver it for free when it comes in.Well we will wait and see,I will believe it when I see it."

DON'T FALL FOR THEIR BULL!

"HH GREGG would not stand behind their stated return policy on delivery receipt. Salesman promised a $100 gift card if I had items delivered. HH Gregg corporate stated that I didn't qualify for the gift card to cover delivery. I will never buy from them again. Reported them to the Better Business bureau.
