"I placed an order and heard nothing from this company for 9 days until I emailed, chatted, and called to finally find out that they could not fill my order and could give me no idea of when they could. I needed this product to transition to physical therapy and on a timetable. I had to get another source to fill my order which they were able to do in two days but at a higher cost. I could have avoided the situation if HPFY was courteous enough to notify me that the product was not in stock when I ordered it. The only thing they handled in a halfway timely fashion was processing my refund."
