"I ordered several items on 1/17 and they'd processed payment immediately. It's now 1/29 and still status showing online is "in process". In the "contact us" area of HPFY website, I chose the "chat with us" option which said "click the green icon at bottom right to chat"...no green icon. I emailed them 2x which said "we respond within 24 hrs"....no response rec'd. Finally, I tried the "call us" option on 1/23. Main menu provides options just fine, but all options transfer to silence. I finally called the ph# provided on the Better Business Bureau website. An individual sounded surprised by my call and said some of the items were backordered but expected in stock again this week and that an update would be provided by email....still nothing. $155 total for order for FSA approved items and no notifications on status and no recourse currently. Business seems unprofessional at best and sketchy at worst. "
