"The product I ordered on Jul7 31st, Comfort Cool Thumb CMC Restriction Splint, was not in stock. The last time I checked was Sept 4th on chat at which time I was informed " Right now we do not have any estimated arrival date." I called a few days after that and asked that the order be canceled. I was informed that I would receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days. As of Sept 29th, I am still waiting for the refund."
