"I am still waiting for email confirmation on the cancelled order. I got notice that this product was not to be shipped for quite some time, that is why I cancelled . Also, I have not seen a refund on my CC as yet."

System issue

"Tried placing an order multiple times and kept receiving errors, finally one went through or at least I thought it did with confirmation email from my bank. Then I get an email days later from my bank saying I was issued a refund and find out my order was never sent. Now I am out of my supplies and had to spend extra money I didn't have to have them shipped to me sooner. I never had this problem before when placing an order before and have placed several orders in the past year or more. "

Options Are GREAT!

"Having to find out on your on how to care for someone else is stoma maintenance with no real guidance can be a pain in the rear. Fortunately the good old internet came through with this great website of exactly what I need. Haven't tried the product yet, but it was exactly what I was looking for, for a reasonable price.

Local Medical shops don't care this stuff, and are Completely over priced and don't even work at all!! Will return if it works out!

"I placed an order today and I was really happy because I have a 15%off coupon and I have an email for $2 shipping . Greatly disappointed and frustrated- wanted to talk to US based customer service supervisor but there’s no one available and was on the phone with India customer service rep.
Why would you give a 15% off coupon and limit it to $25- off. Why can’t you combine the coupon with shipping ? Can’t use my rewards dollars that expires in 6 months??? So essentially I needed to choose which one will save me more . My experience with other vendors, you can use 2-3 coupons specially rewards dollars .
It’s like you want to give something and not really happy about giving it ! Unfortunate!!!!!
