"Your prices are reasonable and it is great that you offer some discounts from time to time. I find locating products within a given category a little hard to do. It seems cross selling is pushed more than finding all products in a category... Product comparison was not emphasized. Some products were listed on your site, but no price given, and that was confusing, so I didn't order them. Your chat help box was non-responsive after about a 5 minute wait. Fortunately, I stumbled into an answer without help, so was able to complete an order. I also wish there were more product reviews. "
