"When I received notice from HPY that the product I ordered was going to be delayed by at least 2 weeks, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I have been told that it has been processed, but am still waiting for the credit to appear at my bank.
I would not have cancelled the order if customer service were able to provide information about the actual anticipated delivery date.
Apparently this is a general issue and not specific to this company. I wound up ordering from another company that listed the item as “in-stock”, only to learn that this item is always made to order"

"Been through a lot of reachers that don't hold up or not in the lengyh I need. They can pick up a cell phone off the floor that other reachers can't.
The problem with the ones I' ve had , where the length of the reacher is metal going into a plastic handle that creacks or breaks off!
A rubber handle with aluminum length back would work much better."
