I take it your a very large company that can not keep up with orders,information,etc. yea ..... you have received or should i say taken my payment and yet........hummm not even an email that will give me somewhat an idea , have you even been taken them off the shelf to be shipped. I hope I receive some kind of communication, maybe a shipping date ..... are those in my cards??

So far, 3 weeks and 2 different service reps , no return label. Never will I order from this company. It’s been 6 months of torture since first order. "
