Shipping when?? and for how much??

"order # 2177867, 12/10/2024 ordered compression gloves and charged $9.99 S&H.... not a problem, but websight gave me no tracking number, no information of order delivery date etc ..... nothing. I take it your a very large company that can not keep up with orders,information,etc. yea ..... you have received or should i say taken my payment and yet........hummm not even an email that will give me somewhat an idea , have you even been taken them off the shelf to be shipped. I hope I receive some kind of communication, maybe a shipping date ..... are those in my cards??
Will I receive my order prior to Christmas?? or maybe next year??

Terrible service.

"I requested a return label several times to be told by different people it will come via email 5-7 days. Why does it take so long for a return shipping label. So far, 3 weeks and 2 different service reps , no return label. Never will I order from this company. It’s been 6 months of torture since first order. "
