"Thailand requires tourists to have Traveler's Insurance to cover any possible COVID hospitalizations. The government backed provider does not accept anyone with pre-existing conditions. Rather than not declaring my conditions and run the risk of voiding future claims, HTH was the Forbes recommended provider for those with pre-existing conditions to declare. It was very affordable for my son and me to get coverage for a 60 day stay. I hope I can add after utilizing the service. Thank you."

"Horrible communication and claim submission process. No way to track claims online. Two weeks after submitting a claim, we haven't received any communication from them. Just an email saying that they are processing a "high volume of claim" with zero information about when we'll receive a reimbursement, or how to contact them.
Before filing the claims, I sent an email to customer service asking a question about the process. Despite stating that they "welcome your correspondence and it will be given the utmost attention", I still have not heard a word from them a month later! "
