"I tried to call customer service the same day that I purchased the policy to cancel, since it did not include all of the coverage required by the country I was visiting, but the lines were busy, so I requested a callback. You had to provide a reason you wanted a callback, and I'm assuming my wish for a refund was the reason I did not receive a call back."
"We had to delay our trip twice due to Covid and, ultimately, cancelled the policy because the underwriter was unable to approve a third delay. I found HTH to be very responsive and reasonable. They issued us a prompt refund, which was more generous than expected. Their personnel were helpful and followed through. We filed no claims under this policy so unable to comment on that aspect, but I would expect their good service to carry through based on our experience."

"My credit card allows travel points to be used to deduct travel related expenses.
The fee charged for our policy appeared as GEOBLUE and was did not qualify as a Travel expense and was therefore ineligible.
I contacted the credit card company who stated that the invoice was submitted only as "Insurance" and not "Travel Insurance"."

"My 3 year old son got a very bad sunburn and his whole face swelled up. I tried calling multiple times and left a message but never got a return call. Ended up seeing a dr at our hotel who gave him a shot and 4 medications. Would have been nice to talk with the insurance company, especially when traveling in a foreign country. "
