I heard back from them in late October at which time an enormous amount of receipts and cancelled checks, credit card statements was requested, despte only requesting the refund for the one night skipped. I sent this in two weeks ago. One week later I was advised they had received nothing . I have a return receipt from the Post office to show they did receive this paper work. I was never able to reach anyone on the phone despite waiting over one hour. I am hoping eventually my claim will be honored without further paper work. "
