"Haband is the most non-credible merchant I've dealt with. Ordered a Air cooler three weeks ago, it was to be sent on a 3-day shipping request for which i paid. I called them 3 times, each time they informed the product was being "processed for shipping". Finally, I asked them to cancel the order. They refused to do so even though the product had not left their shipping facility. Instead, they billed my CC twice for a product I never received! "
"I have ordered from Haband years ago and found the experience quite easy and smooth. I placed an order 9/5. I paid $17.00 in shipping after being told shipping was free. When the order was placed everything was stated as being 'In Stock'. There was no email confirmation of my order, no email saying the order shipped and no back order info. Getting through the automated customer service was a nightmare. No answer to 3 emails. The pkg arrived 10 days later with a notice that 2 items will be coming in a separate pkg. Another week goes by and nothing. After 3 attempts to reach CS I finally get someone overseas.She tells me those 2 items were backordered. The automated system does not say they are backordered, it just says they are still being processed. I call 3 days later and am told the items are in and she will put a rush on it. She lied! 1 week later no items, still in processing. I demand to speak to someone in the states. What a nasty witch! I told her to cancel the order. In a **** off tone she tells me it can't be cancelled. Another week and it's still processing. Another phone call, this young lady cancels the order. I have to return items from the original shipment because the sizes were wrong. Haband charged me $10 return shipping.

"I was excited and ready to receive my Haband order. When I got my order the shoes that I so desperately was looking forward to receiving were completely the wrong size. The shoe was obviously tiny so I turned it over and it was a 6. I then checked the order form and it said 7 1/2 wide, then I checked the sticker on the plastic package the shoe came in and it said 7 1/2 wide. I am furious. I had an event this weekend and I needed the shoe. I ordered other things that I’m gonna send back as well. No more HABAND FOR ME. EVER!!!! The rep Kim was nice but told me her supervisor was busy doing something else. BULL CRAP. A Professional supervisor would have told her to instruct me to hold please. Maybe my little order makes no difference but I claim that Haband will not be prosperous treating its customers like this. At least try to accommodate me. I would have appreciated them rushing me the shoes and billing me for both pair until I sent the wrong ones back. Ugggghhh"

If you order online and try to type your promo code from catalog in the promotion code box you may sure to get message: “Your promo code is not valid”.
It is to find someone who deceived me is impossible, because they sign all e-mails like “Haband”. So be careful – the swindlers work here!

"If you have read the other reviews mine is pretty much the same. I placed an order, took a long time getting here, no communication. Their sizes are way off. I ordered my husband 2 pair of mountaineer shorts in size 34. 34's were quite large on him and actually measured 35 on one pair and 36 on the other pair. Called “Jess” at CS and said I should not have to pay the $9.99 return postage and just proceed to use their label to mail them back. Guess What? They did credit the one item that could not be exchanged but I was charged on my credit card the $9.99 which was unauthorized. I was going to exchange both pair for size 32 assuming they ran large. One pair could not be exchanged as that color was not available in 32. They did exchange the 2nd pair for a 32 but when it was received it measured a 35 waist. I think Haband merchandise is terribly missized and mislabeled. Another call to CS. Lots of apologies, very long conversation which just went round & round, no refund of the $9.99, sorry again, but I could opt to return this current missized pair not using their label and it would be cheaper but also at my expense. To me these are defective merchandise and I should not have to suffer all this returned postage. If all had been as promised I would have kept the merchandise. I think they do this on purpose and then collect all this money in shipping to keep them going. I am sure the $9.99 covers the 'free shipping' to get the product and also covers the return shipping. So in reality you don't really get 'free shipping'.

Customer service kept saying - order is in warehouse ready to be shipped and once shipped I should receive it in 6-8 business days. I told her I haven't even received an order number only an e-mail on 7/1 thanking me for my order. She kept saying my order is in warehouse ready to be shipped. I could not get any other information about my order. I will NOT order anything else from this company."

He was a high school math teacher, and wore casual cotton pants and polo shirts when he taught summer school while he still was in his 50s and early 60s.
After he retired, he dressed similarly on a daily basis - Perry Como-style, with a cardigan in cooler weather.
By the time he reached his 90s, and lived in an assisted living residence, we bought polyester trousers and pullover sweaters for him, as he was chilly on a daily basis.
The only issues we ever had were with delayed notification on out-of-stock/unavailable items, and sometimes slow delivery times of 10-14 days.
The quality was good, and we were faithful repeat customers."

I have ordered from Haband in the past with reasonable charges and reasonable shipping charges. I ordered two pairs of Jersey pants a week ago and the order is still in progress, the people I spoke to had horrible communications skills speaking broken English that was very difficult for me to understand! basically they told me that it takes 8 days to process an order and then another 8 days for it to be delivered; which is ridiculous! The prices are much higher than they use to be plus that have the gall to charge me $11.00 for shipping! what is this? I order from Amazon and I receive the merchandise within one or two days; and this rinky **** outfit is charging me 11.00 and taken a total of 16 days to receive the product, if I even receive it then.
