"Worst experience EVER! I bought and paid for three items from them. I figured (lol naive me for that) since they are in the same state as me I would receive them in a timely manner. I did get 3-5 day delivery just in case. I have spent the last 7 days back and fourth with a guy Art. He claims in every email he has contacted someone about my order and I received a email that I had a tracking/conformation number that when I put it into the usps.com tracking site only states that the item was expected for them on the 27th of last month. This business is not worth a second or even a first look. They are unwilling to talk to customers about what is really going on. I don't think they ever had intentions to send my products but instead try to string me along as long as they could. As far as I'm concerned buyer beware this site sucks."

"Ordered my items on 1/9, had my credit card charged on 1/10. 2 weeks later, with the order still pending, I had to inquire as to the status of the order. Was told at that time that they would confirm with the warehouse and let me know. Over a week later after no response, I had to inquire again only to find out that the order has been cancelled with no notification to me. Was also informed at that time that I would not be refunded for at least 7 business days. So after they sat on my money for a month and cancelled my order with no communication, I must wait another 7 business days to use that money to buy the replacement from a better site. Good thing this wasn't a gift that I needed by a specific date; oh wait, yes it was.

Will never use this site again and will encourage friends to spend a bit more to use a more trustworthy site."

"I purchased a "Motorola Moto Q USB Data Cable" from this company. Although properly described in the order and on the packing list, the wrong cable was shipped. It was fitted with a mini USB connector rather than a micro USB cable that the Moto Q requires.

After I contacted "Customer Service" and stating that I should not have to pay to ship back this product, which was the result of an error on their part, I was informed in an email that:
"If you don't want to follow the company policy then it is best for you to file a dispute. here is no special treatments for any customer."
I suspect that means that they treat all customers with the same degree of contempt.

The Items I did receive where all in good shape and worked great for what I needed. I still don't have my missing Item and I will have to get that from another store that will check outgoing orders!
