"saw a lovely-looking phone case on the site for my wildfire s - when it got to me, only two of the openings in the case lined up with my phone, the rest were grossly off. not a matter of product confusion; there's only one "wildfire s"..

so after looking at the rma page, i decided it'd cost me more to return it then it was worth, so i decided to write it off as a bad purchase, like i would a restaurant meal or a movie i didn't like.

"Awful experience, I had many problems with customer service and had to email them and call them multiple times. I was told that my order would be changed but then I was sent the wrong item, then pretty much told that it was my fault and there was nothing they could do. I called to fix the problem and they said they would send me an email on how to do so, but I never received that email. I have ordered many things from this website but I will NEVER again."

"Purchases small item. Cost of postage almost equal to item -- when questioned was told "problem with postage on site -- we will have it fixed". It was never fixed. Item needed, so it was ordered -- paid the excessive postage/handling fee with a request to adjust. No adjustment made -- no other communication received. Will not be a repeat customer. Tracking indicated it was shipped three days earlier than actual postage."

"I ordered a Car Universal Holder. Arrived broken in a paper thin envelope. I went on the so called Customer Service Chat. The rep asked me to send a picture of the item, which I could not because my current cell was having problems, and my new phone has not arrived yet. The rep apparently didn't believe me because during this chat asked me at least 4 times to send a picture. I asked to speak to a Supervisor, and was told I should call customer service in 20 minute they were all busy, and of course they would be closed in 20 minutes! After many requests a supervisor would call, but never did. I then went back online filled out the RMA form, and I got a email today saying If I send the item back (I pay shipping of course) they will refund me minus a 15% restocking fee. Restocking a Broken item??? anyway the item only cost $6 but the point here is your company says right on the Home page what great customer service and satisfaction they provide. A COMPLETE LIE. I am telling everyone I see..DON"T BUY FROM YOUR COMPANY!!!!! I am also gonna blog your company anywhere I can, and report you to all agencies.I am now on a campaign....Hope it was worth it!"

"Great selections, even for items scheduled to be released and best of all great prices. Shopping for cell phone accessories at provider stores is foolish, especially with a vendor like Handhelditems offering items at a fraction of their cost. Free shipping always a plus and received in reasonable time frame. A previous order was lost in the mail and they replaced it immediately with no hassle. I will continue as a customer and definitely recommend them."

"Very disappointing that I placed my order on 2/4/12, it took three phone calls and until 2/22/12 to get my order shipped, something that was in stock. I was told it was a flaw with your system. Orders paid with Paypal were not printed in wherehouse, at least that is what I was told. There should be some type of audit to identify oders with stock items that have not shipped. Dont leave it to three phone calls from a frustrated customer to get it resolved."

"I placed an order with HandHelditems on 10/21. I contacted them and opened a case on 11/3 because my item was not delivered (FedEx lost the package). They said they were going to get back with me. I contacted them again on 11/8 because FedEx sent HandHeldItems the money for the lost item. HandHeldItems assured me (on 11/9) that was correct and they would send me a replacement.
I contacted them again on 11/16 with no returned message.
I contacted them again on January 11 and they said they will still have to get an update from their warehouse.
I contacted them again on January 18 to just get a refund instead of a replacement. They returned an email stating I would be getting a refund within 24-48 hours.
I contacted them again on Feb. 1st because I still do not have my item or refund and they are no longer replying to me.
