"- Only 1 of the rugs were delivered.
- Not clear tracking information. E.g. they just told me ordered was shipped, not which of items I ordered. And their shipping provider didn't have any itemized tracking either. So know way to know if it was actually delivered.
- Rug that did arrived was extremely dusty and smelled like mildew. All their rugs are advertised has having gone through a specialized cleaning and inspection. I can't imagine this one did. And if it did that says even worse things about the company. (The only positive thing I can say is that the rug was very cool).
- Tried to call them. On hold for 30+ minutes before giving up and emailing instead.
- When they finally replied to my email it was just with an automated "here are the return labels". It was clear they did not even read the email, otherwise they would have known I couldn't return one of the rugs because it was never delivered. Nor did they respond to the dirty rug issue.

I am normally pretty reasonable. I have literally never left a bad review. But this was such a bad experience. Please please do not buy from them!! "

"I have three rooms that are very hard to decorate as the decor has so many colors in many tones. I looked at thousands of rugs online and in person and had all but given up and started to work with a custom rug company, which is very expensive. I found a rug on handknotted that wasn't even remotely what I had in mind but the colors worked so I decided to give it a try. The description was very honest and accurate (i.e., this rug has several small stains), the price was very good, especially for a rug of this quality, and it arrived in less than a week. We put in the room, it looks terrific. While waiting for the rug, we wrote to ask questions about the stains and received very fast, very honest answers. As we guessed, all but one of the stains is under the bed and the other is not noticeable. We are very, very happy with this purchase and with this company. I just wish they had rugs that would work in the other two rooms."
