"After I placed my order I read alot of folks on reseller ratings write bad reviews about Hardware Cooling. I was concerned so I e-mailed them and told them I want to cancel and refund my order. I got a reply back the next day telling me they can't because my order has been shipped out. This seems a little bit shady because I haven't heard of a company that ships out orders on the weekend. I e-mailed Tom about the bad ratings and told him if he doesn't cancel my order I'll report him to the better business bureau. He replied back very promptly assuring me his company is legit and that I will receive my order on Monday. Sure enough on Monday I received my order via US Postal Service Priority."

"UPDATE: I must have called the 2 phone numbers lond distance about 20 times, and left messages that went unresponded to. I emailed repeatedly. Finally, one day Tom answered the phone. Gave me a complete run-a-round on why he couldn't answer the phone and promised me he'd send out a new cooling pad. He was quite disturbed about me reporting him to ResellerRatings.com! Started telling me every store has bad ratings, why did I do that? Asked me to update the rating after I received the cooling pad. I said I would.
I received it Priority Mail on Fri - was supposed to come in this Monday so it was early. No box! Just put into a USPS box. Oh well. I'm still very unhappy with all the grief he put me through and his nasty attitude and complaining. He seems to not care about his customers. That's the bottom line and finally - I will never ever do business with him again. He did seem concerned about bad ratings! If so, then do a better job with pleasing your customers. Simple!

Bought laptop cooling pad 12/3/04. Used it 3 times in 4 mos. Power supply thing in back of pad broke. Called "TOM" and he said they'd replace it. Sent it in. 4/29/05 Called 1 week later - yes, he received it. Would not replace would repair. (repair is not possible) The "repair dept." comes in once a week. Tom was rude and condescending. I asked him to please replace laptop cooling pad. He said he'd see what he could do, but it would 'take some time'. I told him I needed it now... to send me a replacement ASAP. He told me it would take some time. We argued back and forth - absolutely NO customer service. I'm still waiting - it's June 4, 2005.
Left messages, (5) and emailed 3 times. No reply. This company has no customer service and should be reported. He has kept my money and I have no product. I'm very upset. "

I ordered their "USB 2.0" pcmcia card... I recieved a USB 1.1 card. I contacted them by phone, email, and through their web form and they still haven't taken care of it.
The only thing they've done is to change their website to remove everything that said USB 2.0.
They contacted me once by email to say that they would "check on it" and get back with me the next day. They haven't responded for over two weeks now.

Called the phone number on the website and got "mailbox full" (I guess I am not the only one calling with a problem!). Called the number listed on my credit card bill ***-***-****) and got someone and was told that will get a call back the same day with a status. That was over a week ago. No response to email, no reponse to phone messages. This company is terrible and I am SO happy that I only spent $10 there. I will be filing a false charge report with my credit company and BBB. "Originally purchased 2 120mm fans with grilles and a fan controller for a project. The fans were JMC fans that were supposed to have grilles in the box. Instead of receiving the JMC fans I received Evercool fans with no grilles. Sent an email on Nov 18th and on the 22nd with no response asking if they could send me the grilles (less than 2 dollars a piece) so I could finish my project. On the 24th of november I receved an email that stated:

This was a response to Tom from November 24th about some items that were mis-shipped. Even if you believe that these emails are wrong and annoying, I would still like a response. Do I need to seek another solution to my project by getting parts from somewhere else?

I am assuming that nothing is going to come from this as it has been a month and a half since the initial order and two weeks since you told me that you would email me back.... I now see why your ratings on http://www.resellerratings.com/seller4079.html resellerratings are so good for customer service but I guess that I will have to add another review to them about this unless there is still a chance we can do something about it.
It is now January 11th and nothing.
Obviously this company has no customer service or no skills at having customer service. All I wanted was my original order to be filled with all the parts that I had ordered, nothing more.
