"It took weeks to receive the dress and when I finally did, it looked nothing the photo on their website. I even emailed their service group for an update, who never responded. Now don’t have much time to find another dress. The material is cheap and the dress was covered in huge rhinestones (not present in the photo online). Once I removed the dress from the packaging, rhinestones began falling off everywhere so they weren’t even attached very well. The company states you pay the shipping to return the item which makes me extremely upset because I want to return it since the dress is not close to what’s being advertised. All in all, avoid this place. "

"I ordered 2 dresses not knowing which size I would be. The websites states returns are accepted. I received an email 24 hours later asking if I was unsure of sizing for ordering 2 dresses and that their dresses are not a “take home, self try on service”. What? So why do you accept returns? Then they said I could send exact measurements for an extra $18. I wrote back asking for a refund of one dress before I send measurements…never was refunded for the first dress so I ended up canceling my order because all communication took over 24 hours for a response time. I should have fought for a full refund but I was already over their antics and false advertising. Never again! Stay away! "
"I purchased two dresses from the 2023 bridesmaids collection in silver Charmeuse fabric. One dress was too big and the other was the wrong color. I contacted customer service regarding a refund for the dress that was too large and an exchange for the one that was the wrong color. They responded with a request for pictures, which I sent. They offered a 13% refund, which was not acceptable. The refund window is 14 days. I'm on day 10 and the issue is still not resolved. "

Although the expected delivery time showed that it would arrive in time, my dress is still under tailoring the day before prom. I received an email stating that it had been delivered when it had not. I had to find a last-minute dress and now I cannot cancel my order and get a refund. It is disappointing that I paid for this dress that I will not have the chance to wear and can't get my money back. "
"We paid for expediting shipping and now 3 days later from the date I was supposed to receive the dress, I get an email asking how the dress was. When I went to the track my order on the website, it says it's still being tailored... so why would I receive an email asking how the dress was when I don't have it.
I finally got an email from the company this morning (3 days after it was to be received) and they also stated it is still being tailored, they asked when the event was. I responded letting them know that it is TOMORROW and asked how they were going to handle this... no response. "

"I ordered a regular, not custom to my size, US size 14 that I wear because the site states it is a UK size 18. I contacted customer service to send the dress back for a refund. They responded for me to send pictures. I sent the pictures showing it doesn't fit and their response was, "What is my size, donate the dress locally, or take it somewhere and get it altered to a bigger size". Their policy states all standard sizes, not custom can be returned with tags and in original condition. Once I sent them my pictures, these were the responses I received instead of instructions on how to return the dress. I also stated they were going back on their policy because they noticed that my skin color is Black in the photos and now I have yet to hear from them. If you are a person of color, I do not recommend this company. If your standard dress doesn't fit, and they ask for pictures, it is to find out if you are a race they cater to. Believe me when I say racism against Black people is alive and well from every other race. DO BETTER HEBEOS!!!"

Shipping was very fast and the Dress came in perfectly packaged! Less than a few weeks. They also communicated with me from beginning to end! Ditch the big expensive Bridal Shops and get the same dress for half the cost! I am very pleased! "

Let the company know again 48 hours later. 9 days later no response and no dress. Now my daughter has to rush out and hope she can find a prom dress somewhere else.
