"I purchased 2 subwoofers and enclosure 2/10 for specific truck model. The subwoofers would not fit the enclosure so I sent them back for a refund and purchased subwoofers locally. For months I tried to reach HIFI Sound Connection via e-mails then phone with no response other than it takes 14-21 days to process a refund. The last rep I talked with JUST wanted to send the woofers back to me - how much sense does that make. Finally reported this business to the BBB. Still no refund after they told BBB they would.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY--they are crooks.

We made every attempt to refund your order. We were not notified of the refund until after you opened your paypal dispute. When a dispute is open the money is taken out of our account so we are then not able to issue you the refund. Since paypal disputes take so long to issue the refund we were unable to issue the credit to your account during this process.”
