"VERY bad experience. The description they had for the item matched the picture next to it, but the info they had under it was different. I thought I had ordered what the picture and description showed, but recieved what the info stated. Talked to customer service and they basically said it was my fault for reading the picure/description and not the info under it and getting them confused. After I pointed this out, they went and changed the description next to the picture to describe something different from what I received, what was pictured, and what the info under it said. They now have for sale a distribution block that has five(picture and previous description), four(info), and two(new description) outputs. After a very insincere apology, Robin (the customer service rep I had dealt with) offered to take the product back, with a %20 restocking fee, and a coupon for $5 off an order of $100 or more. So, to return my order of almost $35, I could spend $7, but get a $5 coupon in return. No thank you. I will not be doing business with this company again.
