The service is always excellent and they are happy to supply all the needed swatches, material and finish samples. The products and manufacturers they represent are top of the line. Delivery estimates are accurate. Very professional and responsive. These are high end, quality products and the prices reflect that. "

"The product selection is interesting, but Hive needs to communicate to buyers that they should expect a several-week wait for products before they check out. 4 weeks for a lamp described as in-stock? Really? They need to manage expectations so consumers understand why the delay is so long. When you spend thousands and have scant communication and long delivery lags, it causes me to wonder if Hive is legit."
"Unfortunately, the item I've ordered had a defect and the bottom door would not close all the way. There was an inch and half big gap. First I thought I will have to return it but then I've turned the side table upside down and found the problem. There was a defect in the grove that wouldn't let the door shut all the way, so I took a razor and carefully shaved it off. I think that such product should never pass inspection and let alone be shipped to a consumer. "

I used to be an Arts & Crafts snob, original finish, signed pieces only, Gustav, Dirk Van Erp, Grueby etc but it started to look heavy and tired. I sold everything and started over.
